Dined on the worktop, so the service was quite decent. Servers were attentive to ensure that the tea is repeatedly filled and the condensation of the cups. Regarding food, there were no complaints. Her signed halibut was the highlight of the night. However, it is somewhat too expensive without new innovations.
The omakase is overpriced and lacks finesse, imagination and creativity that you will find in the best omakases. Fails to deliver and falls too short of that experience expected of a premium omakase restaurant.
The quality of the fish is actually very good. But the service was very disappointing. All the omakase courses were served in one plate and they didn’t explain anything about the food being served. Also while we were still eating our sushi they served the dessert and tried to clear the plates too fast. Doesn’t worth the money I must say.
Decent food but appalling service delivery. No explanation on the food you’re getting even for a 650 per head omakase session. All sushi served at the same time, no attention to detail to temperature of rice and fish. Constantly seemed in a hurry to chase you away. Honestly poor experience compared to likes of Sushi Ori, Hibiki or Edju. They need to keep the chefs but change up their entire service team!
