Domino's Brickfields - Kuala Lumpur

Ordered a pizza for take away yesterday. After waiting 10 minutes they called my name and handed over a bag with my order. When I opened the box in my hotel I found a cheesy four mix instead of my pizza and I don't like cheese much. There was only one other guest waiting but they still somehow mixed up the orders. Very disappointing since walking back one km to order and wait again was no option. You only had one job...

Bad experience at the order desk. The staffs are rude in behavior and will make fun of u within themselves. Pathetic service, never saw such culture in world renowned gaint chain. Have to wait for lot of time even though the orders are less. Domino's management should actually look into this and educate and TRAIN their staff for better customer service.

Worst service ever I did not expect this type of service from domino's. I order through grab and the order was too late aprox 1 hr late. After that dilevery boy put the piza infront of my building like it's a garbage. I told that guy I am busy in office meeting it will be help full if they can put the order in front of my house. Worst expeirence ever.

Disappointing cheeseburst pizza. Entirely different from one you get in India. No veg extravaganza but, an array of local weird options

I was deeply disappointed in the quality of the product. I ordered pizza, and the cheese, which is one of the main components of the pizza, was very unappetizing. I'm quite sure it was not even real cheese. It tasted like some milk mixed with oil, more like cheese analogue than real cheese. I'm baffled how international renowned brand like Domino's can afford to tarnish their reputation by serving substandard ingredients in their main product. Preparation and delivery times were flawless, no complaint there. Sufficient to say, I will not be reordering from Domino's Malaydia branches in the forseeable future again.
