I got some coffees at the restaurant this morning and while waiting for my order a customer came in complaining about something wrong with their order and asked to speak to the manager. Manager then proceeded to very rudely call out loudly to the waiter that made the mistake on the customers order , who was assisting me at the time and had to leave me to tend to the manager calling her and even proceeding to further embarrass her by telling her to “ walk faster because she’s walking like she’s on holiday “ I have been a very happy and loyal customer and have never had any issues with the lovely staff and was very uncomfortable by the way the manager handled the situation and how he spoke to his employees. Belittling your staff and embarrassing them in-front of customers is very unprofessional. Service: 1

Lovely gem in Muldersdrif! We love going there for a coffee or meal. Staff are friendly and food has always been good. Great variety and a few budget options as well. Vegetarian options: They have a decent variety of vegetarian meals on their menu. Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the same level as the parking with ramps. Great food. Good atmosphere, but Zero service. Having to call the waitron to take drinks order, following up on it, having to call waiter for food order, 42minute wait for food, no checking in for more drinks and after asking for the bill, waited an additional 17minutes to have a card machine bought to the table. Staff seem to not be enjoying their job and there is no sense of pride or passion for what they do. Always nice to eat here. Good service and value for money, lovely atmosphere. Especially nice place for a romantic dinner and celebrations. Compliments to the chef. The food is fantastic!
