Каждый заказ беру на вынос и каждый раз при получении проверяю наличие заказа по чеку.Так как было такое,что вернувшись домой,обнаружила что бургеров не хватает,ехать 32 км обратно и ругаться не было желания.Есть терминалы для электронных заказов,без очереди. Последнее время не работает экран выдачи заказов,люди толпятся возле касс и прислушиваются, когда прокричат их номер заказа. Это какой то ужас.Персоналу необходимо проходить обучение, как работать в фастфуде.Потому как ребята видимо считают, что такой уровень обслуживания это 5+. На 2 этаже туалетная комната, столики. Удобное расположение и вид из окна на привокзальную площадь.
