I have been buying shawarma from this restaurant for years and have always been happy with the quality and service. However, today they were rude, the order was late, and they openly told me to take my money and leave when I complained. Additionally, a small man with a beard accused me of yelling in Russian, even though neither I nor my neighbors are from Vasileostrovtsy. Overall, the service was disappointing.

This restaurant is one of the best in town, in my opinion! Every time I go there, I enjoy the food!

I visited the restaurant today and tried the classic shawarma. It had very little meat and was dry. It felt like I was just eating lavash. I did not enjoy it. The staff communicate using the formal "You". Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

Came here for the second time and really wanted to try it. The first time there was no meat, I had to wait half an hour, it was a shame, the last bus left, left. Came for the second time. I wanted to pay by qr-code, there is no such function in this eatery. I asked for a transfer, there was not enough cash, they refused to transfer. Here all shavakh can be translated, but here it is impossible. It was evident that the seller specifically refused. It was unpleasant, I went to her the second time on purpose, I could not take it. Feelings of resentment, unpleasant. I do not advise anyone
