Burg Landshut - Kröv

We were there for the 5th time and always very satisfied. This time we were with friends who were never there. The visit was extremely embarrassing. At first we waited at the entrance door forever until someone led us to the table. There was not much going on and 3 service personnel were present. The company could have been created by itself. Then the menus were given to us, we chose everything and then we were informed that ws half of the provided card was not present. I quote the waitress: “Let’s see if I miss everything.” At such prices you can expect that everything is there and even if it can happen that something goes out, it should not affect half the card and it would also have been nice to share it directly with the card issue and not only after we had chosen it. We had to wait very long for our drinks. After dinner, no longer asked if someone else wants something. I have already worked as a waitress and there were 3 tables and a group with approx. 8-10 people you can create alone, but easy to two. They were three. The food was very delicious, you can't taste. Besides, it was very fast. Because otherwise it was always impeccable, we would still recommend it and hope it was just an exception!

Exterior toilets are somewhat unhappy with rain and cold

Super delicious food, good and friendly service, great ambience and magnificent views of the Mosel and Bernkastel-Kues. We only had some problems with the approach.

Had Christmas Day Dinner here, on early seating. The view is great and the decor tasteful. Service was friendly and attentive.
