Bryggekanten Brasserie Bache

We had an excellent evening at this place. Got into town late and just happen to pass by this place as the one we aimed for was closed. I am glad it was. The atmosphere was friendly and light and the service was great. We were four people ordering different meals and all were great. We expected the place to be a standard cafe menu but the food was much much better. The mussels were particularly good.

We were down in the restaurant. Perfectly experience them eating great tasting, great service, great atmosphere. I have unusual food intolerance and they were really attentive and amazing suggestions alternative, without additional fee and even go up to double check ingredients.

As expected, the restaurant sits directly on the shore of the water, and on a beautiful day probably has a great view. unfortunately there is nothing to see on a wet day with a ship in the harbour beyond the side of the ship. good atmosphere in the brasserie, although I could see that it will be a little loud for some people when it is full. simple, warm furniture and friendly staff. just a simple pizza for me this time with an orange juice. all in order.

We had a fantastic lunch with a view over the fjord and the city. staff very friendly and we could bring our dog to the heated and covered terrace. I can recommend it here.
