Mcdonald's - Kristiansand

It's been a few days since I visited this particular McDonald's, and it still feels like a bit of a nightmare. So many things were wrong with this place!...

It is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. We ordered 8 menus, which we got after 30 min. The staff were apparently more busy talking to each other than preparing food for us and by the way, we were the only customers in the restaurant when we ordered. We ourselves had to point out that they had forgotten 2 soft drinks, and when we got home and had the food unpacked, two burgers were missing. The fries were packed, so half had fallen out of the packages, and besides, they hadn't had enough time in the fryer, so they were soft. The one star I've given is way too much, but unfortunately I can't give 0 stars

There was an error with the self-service order. The coupon I had activated did not work. I got help from the people at the till and the service was 10/10. Incredibly nice staff! Got a double cheese and 2 dips as compensation for the trouble! Recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The paintings we have visited, they are always on many objects in the camp, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. the restaurant seems neat and ok. but room for improvement.
