The Kremmen Christmas Ganz was very good again. 5 kg 5 h in the oven at 170° C. and butter softening. Ice rink and locals were well visited. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmospheric: 4

After years of Christmas cooking, this was by far the worst duck we ever had. Unfortunately, the animal was extremely fat and the meat was so hard that my husband had difficulty dismantling the poultry after good 4h cooking time. Conclusion: In the end everyone had a thick, hard piece of meat on the plate. Note: Perhaps you could add at least one preparation recommendation to the finished poultry with an extended cooking time of 13 h.
