Great hotel/restaurant! Clean, neat, functional. What you don't find: luxury. You don't expect it. Here is a little less luxury more sustainability. Very helpful and friendly staff (family operation, also ready for a chat after dinner at the table. The restaurant is excellent, here the boss cooks personally (educated cook, on top of all: no canned food and no bag sauce, all freshly prepared, even peeled, mixed, cooked, seasoned and brought to the table. Watching the menu and drinks is an experience, there are things that are not everywhere. The wine card has it in itself. A real recommendation!! We were thrilled. The tables were well occupied, apparently there are also (especially? People for eating in the house of Niemann. If Münster weren't two hours away, I would eat more often at Niemann's. Guys, try it out, it's worth it.

We had booked only one night because of an outpatient surgery in the university.The reception by one of the chefs was very friendly and competent.The offered dinner from the holiday menu was good and inexpensive.The lady in the service was also very friendly.The room was very clean and completely sufficient with Wi-Fi and fridge.The offered drinks in the fridge each with 1.50€ very cheap.I did not hesitate until the end of the breakfast time I came back from the hospital.
