The best coffee in düsseldorf so far. the service is fast and good. they also have many different cakes. I can recommend the skyberry cake as soon as I tried to eat there, the curry huhn was delicious.
My man and I went for the first time with a German friend to taste cake and coffee in this famous caffe. the cakes were sold below and the caffe that had no cake on the display was above. my German friend asked the waitress how. it ordered with cake and she said we had to order the cake below. my man had a stroke, so one lasted to decide about his order, and the waitress did not wait for our order to go. when we had decided that we got their attention and took the coffee order and we went down to order cake where we were told that it was so faster. the coffee came, warm, but not hot, and we had to wait as long as we had finished our drinks before the cake arrived. the bill came to euro. I had two euro notes and my husband had changed loosely, so I presented this to the waitress and expected the euro change. she was very abrupt, no gratitudes or smiles, and said she refused to take the loose change and would give us only one change from the euro. she was obviously very upset and we noticed that she was talking to another worker about us when we put on our hands. I can only say that the lack of customer service around the payment was very remarkable. I work with companies worldwide and this is certainly one of the most unpleasant experiences I had. my German friend was ashamed of how we were treated, was disappointed by the Lauwarm coffee and said that they and their family would no longer recommend or visit the caffe.
What can I add to the many awards that are awarded in the course of the years to cafe heinemann. a super business, (ok expensive, but the best is always) with an excellent restaurant. take them place and are serviced by professionals, friendly, competent and competent. whether she. have a coffee with a cake or a meal from the well prepared menu, they cannot enjoy the experience. heinemann is a regular meeting point for friends and groups who feel like home, this super atmosphere. well made herr heinemann her recipe is often copied, but never beaten.
My husband and I went with a German friend for the first time, to try cake and coffee at this famous cafe. The cakes were sold downstairs and the cafe, which had no cakes on display, was upstairs. My German friend asked the waitress how it worked with ordering cakes and she was told that we had to order the cake downstairs. My husband had had a stroke so took a little while to decide on his order and the waitress didn't wait for our order walked away. When we had decided we got her attention and she took the coffee order and we went downstairs to order cake where we were told it was quicker this way. The coffee arrived, warm but not hot and we had to wait so long we had finished our drinks before the cakes arrived. The bill came to 16.95 euros. I had two 10 euro notesand my husband had 95 in loose change so I presented this to the waitress and expected to get 4 euro change. She was very abrupt, no pleasantries or smile, and said she refused to take the 95 in loose change and would only give us a change from the 20 euros. She was obviously very annoyed and we noticed her talking with another member of staff about us as we put our coats on. All I can say is that the lack of customer service around how we paid was very noticeable. I work with companies globally and this is certainly one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had. My German friend was ashamed of how we were treated, was disappointed with the 'lauwarm' coffee and said she and her family would not recommend or visit the cafe again.
