Contribuiți la feedbackI think the meals there are cheap and rly tasty. Always taking an udon soup and eating it there. U can also take the meals on a take away.During the week u get chinese food and JUST on saturdays u get vietnamese food.Next to the food is an asia market
It is in old industrial area. a small restaurant is attached to the small asian food market. Reasonably priced and good food
Normally this is just an ordinary supermarket, and a cheap Asian fast food place - but on Saturdays it turns into an amazingly authentic Vietnamese street kitchen. Don't expect a fancy atmosphere, it's all very basic - but the food is incredible. It's prepared traditionally and the staff spend all night cooking up delicious soups. Seriously, they have probably the best Pho Bo I've ever eaten. And I have eaten a lot. In many places. I live over an hour away but come here frequently. This place gets very crowded, so you should come early. I usually come around 11. Otherwise you'll have to wait, or worse: some dishes might be sold out.
First at all, the 'restaurant' only opens on Saturdays during lunch time. That's probably the only drawback besides the never enough seating. However, they serve 99% authentic Vietnamese food. 1% less because they do adapted a bit to the Western taste. The fish sauce ain't that strong as they used to be but still enough. Besides the Vietnamese food, they also serve some fried noodles and rice. Not only Vietnamese go there but even Westeners or Asians had found this place for them.
