Woka - Kramatorsk

Incredible disregard for customers. First of all, no one approached our table for 10 minutes, even though the café was only half full. We placed our order and waited an additional 40 minutes without any explanations or apologies from the management. There were only three tables occupied, including ours.

We never received our order. No one answered either of the two phone numbers. And this was on a Monday.

A very nice establishment in the city of Kramatorsk. I would like to highlight the cleanliness, the polite service, and of course, you can enjoy some delicious food here!

We had a lunch there with a colleagues. Food was delicious, portions are large enough. But we waited very long time, 50 minutes instead of 25. Very sad

Good interior design, but pretty tasteless meal. Disappointed
