The Arundina - Krabi

Recommend. this place has eye for detail, customer service was in the center of everything. every person in personal was so humbly n polite. eating was great, I am vegetarian, they had a separate veg menu! eating in the restaurant was great. the rooms were clean, all the facilities were functional. I'm going back to a heartbeat. if you rate a place to stay in krabi, this is one of the best places safe and very much worth for money. the hand towels had a nice fragrance, the staff went out of the way to feel comfortable. spa used during my stay n the service was impeccable.

This is my second visit and still one of my most popular places to stay for vacation. the room was clean and spacious, great to relax and work at the same time. the restaurants are all amazing, especially the Italian place. Four cheese pizzas and risotto are that must try! we were so impressed and happy with the attentiveness of the employees on details from the dining rooms, the beach and the hiking guide. many thanks for our holiday super attraktiw:

We have somehow not the same love to this resort as many other critics have. it is a beautiful boutique hotel with attentive service. it was really not the price for us. we chose the first poolvilla so this was simply the most expensive hotel where we were during our trip in se asia. it did not live until hype. the layout and orientation of the room we were given made it a bit sad and dark. the terrace and the pool were so unpleasant to reach (there is a plank forest trail around a foot wide to knock down to get into the pool) that we never used it. even if the resort area is quite picturesque, the view from both sides of our room was just a big wall. the amount of shadow made it so that the pool was always cold. we used the outside bath, but a decent amount. the rooms are not soundproof at all, so they can hear everything outside, which did not make it almost as quiet as they would expect. the breakfast was good, but not exceptional. the portions in the restaurants for meals are good, but the prices are of course high and somehow they serve the worst thai iced tea/ice monkeys we have ever tasted. maybe we landed in the worst room of the resort. but honestly, we went to some of the nearby properties and would encourage many others to book at one of the others before we decide to do this, especially when they travel with little ones. the pool is child-friendly and they must play toys on the beach, but some of the adjacent properties also have full children's clubs available.

My experience at the boutique resort in tubkaak was such a dream. everything in the hotel was so authentic and very well thought out. besides the spacious room we had, eating is so impressive, served by the local South dishes with their homey sweetness to the delicious pasta

We came to Thailand for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect hotel than this place. Super charming people and always welcomed us with a big smile. The food in the hotel is of the highest level, especially since the head chef has a Michelin star. Feel in a pampering spa atmosphere and with organic bath products. A hotel I would give 6 stars instead of 5. You will not regret when you go there
