Orlík - Kozarovice

We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the Orlík hotel with our family, unfortunately the second day our younger daughter (6 months) had a high temperature and I have to say that the hotel immediately accommodated us and we were able to end the stay without any problems and we just moved the stay to another date . But even so, for me, the service, the food, the ladies at the reception were perfect. We would love to come back and maybe even extend our stay. Once again, thank you very much for your kind dealings

Thank you very much for myself and my family and friends for a perfect holiday stay at the campsite near the hotel. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and all the services we could use. The staff is amazingly nice and accommodating. I have to admit that not only the reviews but mainly the communication with Mrs. Vaníčková convinced me even before my arrival that I wanted to visit this place. And after a week's stay today, I can assess that the decision to come was absolutely correct. We also thank the director very much for everything and we look forward to the next visit, which we are already planning. My sister's dog Karel also sends his thanks. Nearby activities: Beautiful location close to water and forests. Many interesting places can be visited in the vicinity. Noteworthy details: Many services are also included in the offer and price for stays in the caravan town next to the hotel. Very helpful staff.

We have been coming to your villas for over ten years and in large numbers. Each time we had two villas, this time due to the high price we only had one and a couple of hotel rooms. We had a large and beautiful room, it was also a bit more modern than the others. Only with order it is not quite 100%. I was greeted by a stain on the white quilts and we found shoe prints on the black armchairs. There was an unsightly clump of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The staff is unfortunately changing every year and every time it has always been appalling, confusion, things on the accounts not fitting, service off and slow. This year she was exceptionally very accommodating, kind and helpful! We appreciate it very much. Unfortunately around and around, we like the place very much, but the increase in price is not much visible in the hotel and the neglected and deserted villas.

The whole area of the hotel is beautiful, very spacious and offers many possibilities for accommodation and enjoyment, the wellness here is absolutely great. There was a large selection of everything for breakfast (great scones). The hotel has a private sandy beach with a bar where you can lie down. At the time of our stay, the outdoor pool was not ready for use. There are some details here and there, but they do not affect the stay.
