Staff was too green and knew little on wine fees that upset me

Service wasn’t good I’ve been to the W many times before and was disappointed. Service was slow and the employees seemed confused with simple requests (such as a new glass of wine, a new fork/ spoon). I don’t think the price we were charged reflects what we were given. Will be looking for a new place to brunch next time

Food quality and variety was good as usual but the overall experience used to be better. There was more attention to detail which made the experience stand out. Still, this breakfast buffet was good value for money.

I prefer to do my business lunch at W Kitchen because 1. It provides a delightful environment 2. The staff is always ready to help 3. A very wide range of food choices. I keep on visiting this place every now and then.

No fresh food and fruits were supplied around 8:30 pm. Not sure to recommend to friends.
