Kfc - Kottayam

Poorly maintained KFC shop with worst service. No one bothered to clean tables. After multiple request finally we found other table by ourself removing some used cups. Everywhere waters are leaking from top, may be leakage from ac. All displayed items are not available. Order items were delivered after 30 minutes (at the time, only very few customers orders were there and they promised me max 15-20). From the ordered items some were missing and they provided the same after informing. First time I am seeing such a worst KFC shop.

Order ultimate saving bucket which consists of 14 pieces but received only 8 pieces.

Worst KFC I ever visited in kerala. Display items are not available all the time.quality of food also worst. Customers handling is very poor they didnt even know how to handle customers. Even display items are not available, but when we order those items separately, everything is available. It was such a pathetic outlet I have ever visited. Staffs always have no care attitude. Staff don't know how to pack food items. I am surprised why management's not looking in to this issues after getting too many negative reviews.

Good food quality and nice behaviour towards the customers. Clean and neat atmosphere inside. If it was not this current pandemic situation the place would be crowned. Good parking space in front of the shop itself. Fast delivery of good. Quality of the packing is also good. No plastics are used which is good thing. Overall the quality of the food and shop is good.

Nowadays kfc from this oultet is tasty.. .. Their clotting is correct.. But not for French fries.. Always cold... Chicken is tasty and bun and dip is have also changed... Tasty
