Contribuiți la feedbackThe cafe is part of Bay 21 condo. Signage to the cafe could've been better, especially from carpark. Same floor with gym pool. Nice small cafe. Have nice view to the sea. Served by the owner's daughter. The dumpling was a bit too salty hard to my liking. May return to try the heavier meals.
First time trying Russian cuisine. Location: Slightly bumpy road leading up to the Bay 21 Condominium (restaurant is located at the 8th floor), ample parking space about 200m from the building. Ambience: 5/5. Quiet place with great view outside the restaurant. Be sure to go outside and enjoy the pool and city view! Food: 5/5. Shuba Salad (furcoat salad) was very appetising. Must try! Blinchiki (Russian stuffed pancakes) exceeds expectations, the crust itself was delicious enough with generous stuffing. Golubtsy (Cabbage roll) has similar stuffing like the stuffed pancakes, so I think can just order either one of them. Golubtsy for a healthier option, or blinchiki if you like the pancake texture. Love it too. Zakuska Pelmeni (Russian dumplings) was alright to me although other reviewers and bloggers have highly recommended it. Took a bit long for meals to be served, but otherwise still a very pleasant dining experience!
Beet root and potato salad (diced into small cubes) was appetising though small portion but was filling gradually RM10.00 Pan fried salmon served with butter rice salmon skin could have sat on the pan longer for its desired crisp; blanching of broccoli and carrot pieces could be longer for the desired softness RM28.00. Nevertheless, these didn't dampen the food adventure. Croissant with cured salmon slices RM16.00 hint of sweetness of the croissant yet not over powering, matched well with the saltiness of the salmon, both brought out the flavours and became perfect match, blended well for my tastebud. A sip of hot chocolate to bring up the contentment and satisfaction ... sweetness just right, no overdose at all. A small and hidden gem worth the visit. Conducive for chat and relax. Pass the glass door to stroll and enjoy a short moment of breathtaking view (to be explored for those who have not visited yet). Will come again for other selection of food offered. Kudos to the management and team. Keep it up!
Food is scrumptious. Schuba salad is a must to try.
Order the after 8..to me my cake at the time of consuming is a bit dry but the chocolate layering is good. service is quite slow. nice view outside the pool. it is not halal certified cafe.so better opt for the vegan and fish menu only.
