Contribuiți la feedbackMy stay was pleasant. they have changed our towel and the shower is filled daily and they have a vintage suit. Check-in check-out very fast. depan hotel ada food truck start from 6pm-12am daily. best. parking disediakan.
The parking is just nice for the customers. But its depend on city peek time, sometimes need to park our car at so call meter parkings, actually need to pay at a kiosk or using touch'n'go apps. The receiptionist is very helpful and provide good hospitality. The room is nice, worth every cents spent. Cannot expect more than the value that have been charged. I spent 2 days there with my wife as a getaway to relax during weekend. the first day, we had buka puasa' (break-fast or iftar) at hotel restaurant, the food is great. Also worth mentioning is their sahur' (pre-fasting meals) which is really help in put up good mood to consume food at so early in morning. The elevator is unique, rarely to find and its gave unique experience.
Please avoid arriving before 2 o'clock on the weekends as the rooms are only available after 2:30. The room service can be a bit slow and the personal rooms and toilets are perfectly clean. Parking is free for only 3 hours, after which you must pay 80 cents per hour during the day. Around 6 o'clock, you will need to move your car for the night food truck. The karaoke can be a bit loud until midnight. They should consider offering creamers for those who prefer milk in their coffee or tea at breakfast. Overall, the dining experience is satisfactory.
The restaurant is located in the center of Kota Bahru, just a 7-minute walk to Pasar Siti Khadijah and 3 minutes to Kota Bahru Stadium. It is convenient to dine here as the staff is friendly and the breakfast, though simple, is acceptable. The exterior of the hotel is inviting and the rooms are basic. If they could improve the décor, I would likely give it a 5-star rating. On Sunday evenings, there is a dinner bazaar near the hotel offering a variety of affordable dishes such as soup, fried noodles, traditional desserts, and food trucks. Parking can be a bit challenging outside the hotel, as there is only one entrance. If drivers miss the entrance, they must make a large roundabout to access the hotel parking lot.
In the evening, there is a food truck event in front of the hotel featuring various local Thai dishes. It is delicious! The Balang food truck is particularly noteworthy, with must-tries including the air icon, passion fruit, and beer melon.
