I would start with the environment. Since we had children, our path led to the back lounge where there is a children's corner. Well, the children's corner looked like it was eaten there 10 days before us, crumbs everywhere, unwrapped candy wrappers. All right, we put the trash away. When we sat down, the waiter came, but hey, she wasn't very pleasant. When we chose something for a drink from the drink menu, we were told we don't have it at the moment. Okay, so we've chosen something. I had a frappe, when the lady brought it, it looked very nice, but after tasting it, I found out that it was sweet, which the staff should also ask, not everyone likes sweet. We chose Hamburg for food and I chose chicken steak with fries for my daughter. No complaints about the hamburgers, they were luxurious. But the steak, because it was chosen from the children's menu, was totally oversalted, so even we adults didn't eat it.
