Wow! Okay where to start, this old gem has had its highs and lows over the years, I’m happy to say the new owners of T-Bar Restaurant has set a new standard for delicious tasty food in Thredbo Village.The pictures say it all. The restyled dining room, the fairy lights over the ceiling add to the friendly snow village ambience. This one is back on the must visit when in Thredbo. Make sure you book well in advance to make sure you get a table.The meatballs are a must for entre, better than nonas! The veal was my pick for main course, the veal cooked to perfection, oh and the sauce! Don’t forget to try the sticky date for dessert.Will definitely be back, well done T-Bar team!Make sure the schnapps cart visits your table ;

I am at a loss for words! This could easily be the best restaurant in Thredbo. The ambiance is lovely, the service is incredibly friendly, and they have some of the most delicious ravioli I’ve ever tasted. The cheesy focaccia bread and smoked chicken pizza were fantastic as well. They are also very accommodating with ingredient swaps. It's the first time I've ever taken a photo of our empty plates! I can’t wait to return.

The T-bar Restaurant offered incredible food. We ordered just three entrees, starting with the scallops that literally melted in your mouth. The crumbed calamari was plentiful and delicious, and the bruschetta was among the best I've ever tasted. We wrapped up our meal with rhubarb and apple cake, as well as sticky date pudding, both of which were absolutely scrumptious.

Definitely my favorite dining spot in Thredbo! Last night, my friends and I enjoyed a three-course dinner at TBar. The scallops were an excellent choice for the appetizer, and I had the chili prawn linguine, which was absolutely delicious. We ended up taking half of our pasta home so we could save room for dessert. That turned out to be a great decision because the chocolate soufflé was truly flawless. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We can't wait to return soon!

We had a stressful checkin and rental collection experience at Thredbo, but t bar turned it all around for us when we arrived (late) for our dinner booking. Thank you for a lovely meal.
