Frenchie's Barbecue - Kosciusko

The barbecue was very tender, but I would suggest offering the sauce on the side. The sauce tends to overwhelm the flavor of the meat, which is something I hold dear as someone originally from Memphis, where the meat's flavor is so important. While the BBQ is quite tasty, it’s a bit too saucy for my liking. It would be great to give customers the option to decide how much sauce they want or if they'd prefer it without any. Thank you!
