Taverna Kampos - Kos

We have eaten here twice in so many days and go back to our last day tonight. The service and food are both excellent, the prices are also very reasonable, we had the Pastitsio, Chicken Masala, Kalb youvetsi, all dips and salads, the chickpeas croquettes are the best €5 for a 600ml Krug house wine is brilliant value if a little dry for my taste.

This place feels like home. We chose this restaurant every day for our lunch on the beach. The veranda is very fresh and even if there is no wind, you will have fresh air. The food is good and very large. Shrimps saganaki were my favorite of Kefalos, you should really try them. The restaurant and the bathroom are both very clean. The owner is the most beautiful person on earth. He is a hard worker and the restaurant is a reference point for locals and was opened 34 years ago. The owner is very passionate and you will feel everything. must try in Kefalos!

Shamed that I spend 14 days in Kefalos and just went there yesterday, will go there again today! Really great food, service and price!

We have had the best meals in this restaurant I had the mousakka and the pasticcio they were fabulous the best I’ve eaten in a long time in Greece. Made in a tray not in a clay pot and very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant great service and friendly staff

Beautiful Greek family Taverna. People were super friendly, we were very pleased. They even gave us a wine on the house. I had delicious filled wine leaves with a sauce, potatoes and vegetables (only around 7€ and good baked feta. Very recommend this beautiful taverna.
