Valley Mills V - Kopperl

We had a wonderful afternoon at the vineyard. We started with a sample. The charcuterie board and bread and pesto were a delicious compliment to the wine. The outdoor seating area it charming with a lovely view. Peaceful and private. Sarah Holder was our host, and contributed to our enjoyable afternoon.

A beautiful place to visit! The wine was Delicious! Our service was excellent! Her name was Kalen! She was very informative and attentive! 5 Stars on her service for sure!

Kalen was phenomenal. The wine was tasty! We did not know we needed reservations in advance and they squeezed us in for a tasting. She also showed us the room where they crush grapes and explained the entire process to us. I also lost my watch while we were there and they reached out to let us know they’d be mailing it back. The owner and their staff made this a memorable visit! 15/10

This place is 100% the best in the Waco area. The wine, the views, and the staff make you feel like you're worlds away. Impossible to name everyone, because all the staff is #1, but I definitely want to shout out to Emmeline. This is a great place. absolument cinq étoiles pour le vignoble à Valley Mills !
