Big Thanks to a lady from reception. Got stuck in the middle of the night, outside was snowing and freezing cold She managed to find a warm and nice place to stay for a night. amazing hotel stuff! Will recommend to stay here

I spent in this hotel 5 days due to business trip. Hotel location according to my work need was good. Hotel crew polite, breakfast average mixed eggs, sousage, bacon saved my morning ; Room itself was about average size, old equipment in general and the weakest point was bathroom. Shower really small and obviosly the bathroom was added later to keep newer standards in the past, but all was functional and clean. I would conslude that hotel was average one, no issues during the stay.

We booked the spa hotel for a weekend and were very excited about what we saw on the internet. When we arrived the receptionist was nice and just handover the room card and told us where the room was and no other information about breakfast or dinner times. Entering our room was the biggest disappointment of the year. Nothing we expected, nothing looked like what we saw on their website! The bathroom was ok. We booked a room for two but there were only towels for one, on top of that it wasn't clean. The room was dusty and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a while. We could smell sewage in the corridor during our stay at the hotel. The swimming was another disappointment, a little and darkroom-like horror movie far from what's posted on the internet. We got served the Norwegian Christmas dinner but the way it was presented felt like we were in nursing homes eating horrible food... The food didn't taste. The staff in the restaurant/bar wasn't professional at all on our first night at the hotel. Luckily, on our second night, we were allowed to eat from the buffet. However, on the cold buffet, they served old cured hams it was disgusting and I even got sick from the food I ate. It's expensive for nothing! Don't get fooled by the pictures you see on their website. If disappointment was a person, so it is this hotel.

What a terrible and disgusting hotel. The room I got stinked of sewer. It had probably not been used for a while and once I ran the water in the bathroom, the odor disappeared. The staff should have some kind of routine on checking the empty rooms so guests don't have to be greeted by that horrible stank. On top of it all, the room was not clean. My mattress had some stain on it (see the photo) that no one had bothered to clean. I felt disgusted by staying in this hotel, and I'll never return.

Wow, That Hotel is in really bad condition. We traveled a lot around the world, but in the last 10 year I never joined a room which was in that bad condition. Please , close that „Hotel“ which seems more that na psychical hospital than a hotel.
