We have ordered delivery from this restaurant multiple times and have been disappointed with the service. The couriers handle the food poorly, leaving salads and desserts in paper bags on the floor, causing the bottom of the bags to become wet and dirty. On one occasion, a bag containing pies was also left on the floor and had to be refused. We then tried picking up our orders instead. For two days in a row, the food was prepared fresh with salads, appetizers, and desserts made with fresh ingredients. However, our third order was a letdown, likely due to a change in cooks. The Galian salad looked unappetizing with pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, and potatoes that had gone bad. The salad had a sour taste and the egg yolk had turned into mush. The shish kebab salad also looked sad, with bitter and wilted red onions. The smell was unpleasant, resembling that of used rags in a cafeteria. The Imeretian pie was also disappointing, seeming as though it had been thawed from a prepared base as water oozed out when pressed. Despite our complaint to manager Amina, who offered dessert as an apology, we were still dissatisfied with the overall quality and service. We do not recommend this restaurant due to the poor quality of food, lack of care from staff, and the mismatch between price and quality. Authorities should inspect this establishment for compliance with health and safety standards.

Overall, a good and pleasant place. Open 24 hours, which is very convenient. They serve breakfast in the morning. There are plenty of seats and tables to suit different tastes. I ordered baked zucchini, it was delicious, well-prepared and nicely presented.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was also top-notch, creating a comfortable and inviting dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for a great meal with great service!

This is a great cozy and atmospheric 24-hour restaurant with very tasty dishes from different cuisines to suit any taste. The interior is beautiful and the service was also pleasing. There is a wide selection of drinks, including various teas which I particularly love. The average bill is around 1500, which is very reasonable. The restroom is also very beautiful.
