Malabar Fried Chicken Mfc - Kollam

I must say MFC is top quality and appreciate the focus you give in maintaining the consistency in quality over the years. As part of work, I used travel extensively and had tasted fired chicken from many places. I must say you have created a unique product at MFC and over the years it has been consistently high quality. KFC unfortunately has lost its focus with many Indian outlets being pathetic. Many outlets in Cochin serve absolutely poor quality food for the last few years. (A few days back, I visited an one-year-old KFC outlet on the way to Neyyattinkara from TVM and it was good though) Outlets like Chicking is just okay despite their pan India reach and branding. Just thought of sharing this feedback and I feel happy that we have something desi that can beat international brands on quality, consistency and professional service. I can very well see a repeat of Bindu Soda Bangalore if MFC decides to expand and scale. All the best.

The person sitting in the cash counter is simply staring at private parts of every girl. The food was tasty but the staring made it uncomfortable to be there. I don't recommend any ladies or even couples to go there. As you said there was a lady in the counter as well. But that doesn't stop that guy from staring at me. I'm not mentioning the time and date since he can easily identify me from that , which can be used to defaming me or threatening me or he can easily find me from social media since I have done payment as online transaction in which my name will be mentioned. I like to have my own privacy and that's the reason why I'm not even using my real mail id here. I don't have any intention to make your business worse, but these type of activities cannot be tolerated. I was not sitting in a railway station to get starred like that. I haven't complained about your food also. You can support your staff , but not for these type of creepy activities.

The chicken was oily in the past two times. But that's not only the case, the person who was sitting on the counter who worn the cap was staring at the ladies in a very bad manner.
