The Burger Shack - Kolding

If you need sth for lunch in kolding that is not falafel, burger shack is an alternative! vegan burger is with a false huhn burger, salat, tomaten, pickeld gurke and carrot, ketchup and vegane mayo, really nice. the horses are super delicious and they can have vegan mayo with them. I was there twice and I agree with the previous reviewer that it is quite incompatible, depending on who is in the kitchen. updated by previous review on 2022-08-06

This place is hit or miss, they have a problem with resistance. it's hard to get one beyond burger wrong, but sometimes they just don't care about making the burgers, and they are either a slutty wet chaos or dry chaos with hardly vegan mayo or ketchup. the vegan brioche and vegan cheese are great.

At some point I had the blandest veggie burger. if not for the gurke, it would have been completely tasteless. patty has no texture.

I have bought a few times here and the burgers are in order, but! and that is a big, but because they have recently collected sad smileys from miljøstyrelsen (environmental protection agency). I don't know anything about the vegan burger in this affair, but I know for an actual thing that she meats around the refrigerator, used it and sold it to customers. although there are no news about the vegan options, I would not recommend this place.

The whole menu consists of five burgers. One of them is vegetarian and can be veganized. The taste is flat but it gets better with free ketchup and mustard. The fries are nice. It's alright given the few vegan options in the city and it's cheap. The place is kind of cozy with wooden decoration, resembling countryside like a western saloon. It has a few tables.
