This may not be the place you would want to go when you are in the mood of having some fancy dinner date but believe me, food here is awesome. Sitting arrangement is cozy, service is quick and food is decent. Lot of options on the menu which I have not tried yet.

Truely a hidden gem. race view is a very popular among offices around the race course and is full most of the days during lunch. it has a typical irani look but is run by a goan gentleman. no comments on the ambience and hygiene, but the food is the freshest you can get. <br/ <br/ try Bombay duck fry, Chicken Lolly pop, Tripple scehzwan rice., Kheema Pav, Biryani, Dal Tadka, Chicken Lollypop and Caramel custard. the kheema pav and caramel custard are the best of the rest.<br/ <br/ drop in when you are around mahalaxmi and want a quick lunch and are open to explore a new place. you will not be disappointed.

This place has not changed much in the last 10 years that I have been visiting. In my view, you will not find a place in Mumbai where you can find Caramel custard and bread pudding better than what they make here
