Little Caesars Pizza - Kokomo

The wait time is too long. After paying, they ask customers to return through the drive-thru, which only adds to the already lengthy line and makes you wait even longer. Additionally, employees come from the area behind the counter without washing their hands, which is pretty concerning for a food establishment. I just don’t understand how people can accept this!

I just got from the administration to young lady who answered the phone. pizza comes out as always it does and burns or not I should just accept it. I feel that she told me that my money is not good enough to earn what I paid! I have pictures on my side if you want to see them.

The restaurant's approach to service felt rushed, as if they were more focused on quickly handing out pizzas and moving people through the line. This hurried atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable, and I ended up not purchasing any additional items because of the employee's attitude.

I frequent this restaurant since it's conveniently located on my way home from work. We usually place our orders through the mobile app, and they always have our meals ready by the time we arrive. Everything is consistently hot and freshly prepared! We only had one instance where the sauce was cold and the breadsticks seemed like they'd been sitting out for a while. But considering that’s just one negative experience out of about 30 orders last year, I’m willing to take the chance!

Love the pizza here but prices are high if you have that craving for excellent pizza but sometimes it's good for a quick hot meal on a low budget if you're not feeling a whole lot of people
