If you get there at 1:00am when they open, be prepared to wait 1.5 hrs or less. Perfect time to go is around 3am, however, things are locked over by then. Regardless, these donuts are so good!!

If you’ve been around Kokomo very long than you know there’s nothing like fresh donuts from Dan’s! This place is GREAT! Bring your cash or checkbook, because Dan’s doesn’t take plastic.

The best donuts in Kokomo are found right here! Was it worth waiting in a line at 1AM? Absolutely. It's cash or check only, and it turns out that the line definitely dies down around 2AM. We kind of dug into the donuts before I remembered to snap a picture.

Donuts are really good but I would recommend getting there early. We got there around 10:00am on a Saturday and there was very little left.

Only cash. Strange hours. Don't answer phones. Basically, they make it as uncomfortable as possible. I had the donuts before and you okay. Not really sure what the hype is about. I think they rely on people who say it's the best all the time, but compared to what? There is not really someone else in the city (except Jack's Donuts), so everyone tells her the best. Places like these exist because there is little competition.
