The tempura rockfish soba is delicious, with the rockfish tempura being outstanding. The soba is also tasty. It would be nice if the lunch menu was a little cheaper, but oh well, can't be helped.

I searched online and found a restaurant serving very delicious and firm soba noodles. It's definitely worth a visit for soba lovers...please go try it out for yourself!

It was truly delicious. The noodles had a firm texture and the soba broth was rich like kudzu soup. The rockfish could be eaten from head to tail, and the crispy texture of the tempura paired with the fluffy texture of the white fish was incredibly delicious. The matcha salt that came with it further enhanced the sweetness, making it a fantastic dish. The portion was a bit on the smaller side, so I think it's good to add an appetizer to enjoy. I added the duck steak. The duck was lightly seasoned to bring out the flavor, and to my common palate, it felt like eating an elegant ham. It was very delicious.

初めて入店させていただきました。お蕎麦もコシがあり、天ぷらもサクサクで わさびも美味しかったですおネギだけもう少し食感ある方が好きなので4です。そば湯も非常に濃厚で美味しくいただきました。お蕎麦は凄く好きなタイプのコシの食感

美里町にはお蕎麦店は無いと思ってたら、何と 本格的なお蕎麦屋さんがありました。サービスで出てきた 揚げそばがきが絶品でした。是非ご賞味あれ天蕎麦も最高最高
