Wow, I never thought that raw food can be soooo delicious and you can make such great cakes, chocolate etc. The bistro is small, but very good. The owners are super nice and prepare the dishes very loving. Also questions are answered, you do not make a secret from any things. Overall, the feel-good factor here is very high and the food.... simply the madness. A workshop visit is also highly recommended. Thank you for your commitment. See you soon:
