The first problem that met on this subway was in service during the order, I asked for a “small part of the day” because the staff could not speak a word of English, instead they made a foot long and when I came to pay, I told the...cashier that I was only for a six inch, but I was forced to pay for the foot long because “it was already done”. Absolutely disgusting customer service! To be righteous to them, the subway tasted good, but it seems that they don't have anyone working at the lobby because we had to clean a table ourselves to sit down, not really what I expect from a big chain like Subway.

We went with optimism that we could know Subway and get something we like and very fast. Once we've joined together, we're starting to question our decision, but thought "it's a subway, the food's gonna be okay, right?' It might be the most disgusting subway I've ever been there. Very surly staff that consisted of a coke can is 1.25, although the shield in the cooler clearly says 1.00. He just didn't want to accept 1,00ea. It is by far the worst of any fast food place where I was for cleanliness (or a heavy lack of cleanliness). After we got our food, we went up to find food and garbage on the tables, seats and on the floor. I understand if they are busy, they can't always clean as often as they want, but the food and the garbage were obviously there for a while because much of it remained stuck. Once we had taken our food, we had brown salad, old bacon and burned cheese. We were both very hungry, but none of us finished our food. 13 euros for two six and two coke was rough over price...... it is not the only one that was rough!! NB: This is based only on my experience. I suggest you try it yourself, you can have another experience to me.

The well-known subway sign radiated like a lighthouse and enticed me. When entering, I was already familiar with the recognizable layout and options. I chose my way to the standard steak and cheese on a honey oat bread. When checking the salad options, I noticed that the iceberg salad was not so fresh and suspiciously tanned. The other objects had joined together, contaminating each other with careless abandonment, and the two presumably staff members (after all, they wore a subway uniform) seemed more interested in each other than in creating any lunch order. When I entered the sad, degenerated subway walk, the tired bread stung like a wild storm, uncarious and unapologetic. The steak was somewhere between lukewarm and bitter disappointment, and the sandwich as a whole tasted like misfortune. In accordance with the integrity that these ingredients had already encountered during their seemingly long lives, I have rejected and made the sandwich available. Cleanliness was not existent, the ingredients were certainly not fresh and I fear I could not have it in my way. I'm sorry Metro, but I'm not going to visit this facility again. Stay away.
