The stars are for: 1. Decent hygiejne in general incl. Food. 2. Presentation of food and variety 3. Personal What could be improved: We felt the food was missing. We had 2 different types of sushi (shrimp and chicken) as well as 2 types of baked food. Everyone tasted sadly pretty bland. The baked is only of fat from the oil, and te sushi mostly from the sweetness of rice and the seaweed. Even the dishes we had ordered had sauce to him, but when served we served the wrong sauces to the dishes. (We ordered 1 after 1 to keep the sample). The staff was friendly enough, especially the kitchen staff smiled and great with their English language. The waiter was in the smiling service, but friendly enough to interact with. The atmosphere: Open large space, noisy (it could use more items/noise reduce interior). Menu: decent distribution, but lack of prices for the purchase of individual dishes. It also feels a bit cheap and unhygienic when they are standing in their plastic box permanently on the table, where everyone simply touches and puts back, and it needs unnecessary space, plus some have been damaged.

In the evening there were only 6 tables, including our and 2 of them first after we ordered. 30min before drinking food came after 45min they came warm dishes and first after 1 hour our sushi. The food is delicious and fresh, but the service and the kitchen also works slowly when you think there was no more. We could only see 2 in the kitchen and a servant. A lot of shouted from the kitchen to table it, and it still did not get food good for the experience. The first time we were at this sushi restaurant in Køge and immediately I do not think we come again.

Nice sushi. Don’t taste too much and was closer to heat than heat. Chicken Katzu was not as in the picture and Fish Katzu was boring and tasteless. There was no time cleared by the table around us, so food residue was allowed to stand for one hour. More dishes were forgotten or late. Everything in all a boring experience. .

Great food and nice location for lunch or dinner. I recommend it!

It was super delicious food, and really good service. The employees were super nice and welcoming.
