Contribuiți la feedbackGood: 1) friendly staffs, 2) fresh home-made juices, 3) many seats outside rush hours, 3) many choices from asian kitchen on the Menu. Need to be better: 1) high temperature indoor which there was 25 degree outside and not good ventilation condition, 2) I ordered No. 50 curry kokos and the shrimps are tooooo small. Comparing with the high price 150 DKK, it is not good enough.
Asian cuisine. Service started slow even though they were not busy. I ordered curry with chicken. Chicken was chewy, curry very average and lacking a little. Rice was very mushy.
We liked this place so much, we returned the next night! The food was excellent-Salmon was cooked perfectly…hot, moist inside. And really appreciated the allergy policy…I am allergic to peanuts and Asian cuisine is always a concern. They took great care to ensure I was safe.
The noodles in the ramen was spaghetti, which was very disappointing, and made it a bad experience from my pov. The juice I got was the wrong one, and the atmosphere was very rushed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never written a restaurant review before but Wagamama’s at The Tivoli left me wishing someone had warned me never to go there. We’ve never experienced worse service in our lives from the on-duty managers who were more interested in scolding customers, than taking orders or bringing over customers’ bills. As Australians we always loved Wagamama’s, which went into liquidation in 2014 in AUS, but after our experience on 12.04.23 we understand why it’s become a failing franchise. There are so many BEAUTIFUL places to eat at The Tivoli, so take the advice we wished we had’ve received and take your patronage (and 899dkk) elsewhere.
