Mcdonald's - Koebenhavn

We visited this restaurant on 5 April on our way home from a lovely break in Copenhagen. My friends took coffee so they were ok, even though their coffee was cold, at least they got coffee! I wanted English Breakfast tea or the equivalent. Not Green tea, which I was given, not flavoured tea of any kind, just regular, tea. The person behind the counter told my husband, I have told you three times we do not have that tea! There were several empty boxes in the counter so I can only deduce the person could not be bothered to go looking for regular tea or they had ran out. Either way a civil explanation would have sufficed! There is absolutely no excuse for a McDonald 's employee to address a customer in this fashion and my husband did not even receive an apology or a refund for the green tea which I certainly did not want. It really destroyed our whole journey being treated in this way and the annoyance of it. Most definitely NOT impressed! Also the table was dirty and the seat was stained with grease.

It’s very nice to have this place open late at night when you want something to eat. Fast service and good location

We had just come off the train at Central Station from the airport and were feeling a bit peckish, so popped in here. My wife is coeliac, and to her surprise they were able to offer her a gluten free cheeseburger, with which she had a latte. I settled for two ordinary cheeseburgers. The lady that served us was very pleasant, we sat in to eat, and felt that what we had represented very good value for money. In fact after a few hours of exploring Copenhagen we popped in again before taking the train back to the airport. Satisfied customers.

One must of his forms I ́m in which there are 21 closed back, so you are forced to the front. They possess no toilets, and with a high price of 5 crowns for wc, which is a human being, it is inte attractive. When I choose to use Swedish, it is really bad.

I was on McDonalds on Fridays when I had a good old cheese burger. I was served by the young and beautiful Tilde. She had a super good energy that just got me want to buy more food. I definitely come back.
