Ferment - Koebenhavn

Tried this place for Dining Week in October 2021. The starter was ok, the main was good, and the dessert was excellent. The portions were rather small, but quite filling, so we did not leave hungry. There is a nice small collection of books related to cooking in the larger dining room area.

Delicious food, mega exciting ice, but we missed a smile.

It was. the ram part was a bit too small to be considered a filling, and I had expected more taste, but it tasted good. the sauce for the spring roll was delicious. overall would probably not go again, but it was not bad. just me.

Noodle is really fresh and handmade and soup is so tasty. Menu is seasonal and I would love to visit again.
