Den Lille Gule - Koebenhavn

We stumbled across 'The Little Yellow ' while looking for the Tap House craft beer bar, which wasn 't open when we arrived, and found it a great place for a reasonably priced smorrebrod and a beer from the Svaneke brewery in Bornholm I recommend the Game Changer IPA. I tried the herring and mixed seafood smorresbrod and both were excellent. Fortunately the weather was good enough to sit outside but they supply blankets and overhead electric heaters for when it isn 't quite warm enough, but you still want to. We got here too late for breakfast but I suspect it 's every bit as good as the lunches. The interior is charmingly decorated and the staff are lovely too.

I was walking around looking for a cocktail and I got two for 100 kroner. Had a couple of White Russians, expertly made by the lovely bar staff. Just sat in the window watching the evening unfold getting my second drink on request. The downstairs is very cosy and unique. Loved it and the White Russians tasted great with the secret twist this use at this café. Excellent.

Nice atmosphere, good Svaneke beer and food. Include and pleasant staff who have a great strength in serving Gammel Danish. Comfortable outdoor server with hot lamps, blankets and good ambiance always. Can be recommended on the hottest, and definitely worth a visit.
