Burger King - Kodak

During my visit on May 30, 2022, I placed an order totaling nearly $20. I specifically requested a speckkäse burger with ketchup, onions, and tomatoes, and the person taking my order confirmed it on the screen. However, when I got home and opened my burger, it only had meat, cheese, and bacon. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up. I called to inform the manager about the issue, and she assured me they would correct the burger. It seems that the kitchen staff needs to pay more attention to the orders on their screens. They want $15 an hour, yet they can't seem to follow simple instructions.

Today, my partner and I dined at 12:30 a.m. using their device, and I just have to say how perfect the food was! We ordered two dinners and a small Whopper on the side, and it was the best Burger King meal I've ever had!

Everything was typical of all. the order was quickly and accurately processed. the table was clean and in good condition, like the entire building. my milkshake seemed a bit thinner than usual, but still good.

It's quite a busy restaurant, so it may take a bit longer to get your food. However, if you're not in a rush, it’s not too bad at all.
