Bth Subhiksha - Kochi

I am very disappointed as I had ordered butter roast, but I received masala dosa. I'm a person who doesn't like masala dosa. but she got it. very disappointed

Overall I love bth . they use best quality ingredients and cooking is home. they always host the special instructions we give them.

There are very few veg restaurant brands in kochi. There is no other reason why anyone will visit this place. The person taking the order had the attitude eat if you want. Lot of customers were seen complaining of delay in getting the ordered food. After waiting for 40 mins got the curd vada which I ordered. It tasted so stale that I did not feel like ordering anything else. No more visit to this place

The outer packet should be made strong. The outer packet was torn as the sambaar had oozed out and we didn't feel like eating the food presented so badly. we didn't feel like having it. please be careful about packing next time.
