POOR PACKAGING!!! Everything leaked!! Horrible service

I am not sure whether this is a problem with this special release of Baskin cleansers or it is a problem with Baskin cleansers in general. but today, when I visited my favourite ice cream cups, I was deeply disappointed by the quality of the ice, it wasn't even better than any regular ice cream they buy from their local business. I had no brun, so I'm not sure how long it is. what I liked about br is the rich taste and how creamy it was earlier, this time I could feel the ice crystals and the watery taste. I have decided not to visit br one because. I hope they fix this problem, otherwise it is the dead of br for me.

It was a beautiful environment. it was a delicious tasty bite and the staff was really good, but the communication difficulties noticed due to the language barrier. it's a great place to relax with some ice.

I ordered a Chocolate Cheer brownie. The portions are too small. I felt there was no real worth for the money. And the brownie wasn't soft too. In terms of service and cleanliness, everything was great. But there's room for improvement on the quality of the Ice Cream.
