Today I had an interesting encounter with a seller at IKEA in Koblenz. My husband and I were looking for a new sink and were able to arrange one for our cabinet quite quickly. My husband always looks like there are no surprises at home during assembly. Since we were not sure whether they had to be screwed to the wall or simply put on, we wanted to ask. No problem, there are professional sellers in any business. I was a bit faster than my husband, and I was able to raise a salesman. I told him I had a question about installing a sink. His answer: “Yes, if you have no idea, you get a craftsman.” I meant we were pretty handmade, but we had a general assembly question. He again “If you can, you don’t need me.” I only replied, “What do you really need someone like you?” and left. My husband has more attention and could ask for the information. With such a "consultation" you can also save your employees. That was just disrespectful and he certainly wouldn't have said to my husband! Maybe you should train the staff that you should not treat women with questions about the meeting like stupid children. Then they come back and leave money in the store.
Hello, after having so many negative experiences in this store within a year, I have to get some air. From rude to unhappy employees when supplying goods to the employee who refuses to say their name on the phone after it became clear that they did not tell the truth and then simply imposed. We apologize for not having any kitchen we ordered in January. Times can be difficult, but a bit polite, if not a goodness, and the judgment should be held. Perhaps more intensive training of employees in terms of their expertise would be helpful. As a long-term customer, I now agree with IKEA.
It does not really reveal why if I bought a Billy shelf at the ikea in koblenz, I have to go to cum to buy two additional shelves because it was not possible for a year in coblenz.
