There is only one star in terms of the Dart machines. But as far as other things are concerned, there would not be so many stars beyond the freezing point in order to be able to represent the inconsistency. Staff are by far the most unfriendly I have ever seen somewhere. And I work in gastronomy myself and therefore know what I'm talking about. We are asked to leave the bar at point 12 when, according to opening hours, the shop is closed, although we still have games on the machine. The 1,50€ is converted into credits and therefore only 1 game is not even 10 minutes. No we are asked to finish the game 3x immediately. To our reaction that we would like to have the money back then comes in: 'is not my problem'. Not even at Burger King or other fast food chains is so unfriendly with guests just because you want to make a quick evening. On the one hand, you can understand that you want to make the evening on the other hand you should consider how to deal with paying guests. Occupation fails in full.
