Chez Francois - Ko Samui

I don't often feel impressed, but this place did it for me. good location, very incomprehensible. beautiful entrance, small and not overly decorated, and cool in relation to the temperature, without fans in their face, which is good. I think I have 20 seats. so not full. simply quiet/not too intimate and a nice overall feeling. I think 3 or 4 tables. great reception, happier smiling guy, knew who we were and we sat. I wanted to. attentive, but not intrusive or hastened. usual selection of drinks, water. we called for a week or two in advance to not request seafood that I know that this is strange, but it just has to be a family thing, not one of us eating seafood) and to be in Thailand that must be a rather strange question. However, the type of request was aware and they had planned the menu for us to do so. he read out the menu and it sounded amazing and that was it. from beginning to end it was excellent. each plate well presented, good temperature. small delicate dishes. full of taste and everything works well. cooked for perfection. during the courses (4-5courses) we could see how the chef works with his assistants in the kitchen. everything calm and under control seems to everyone understand exactly what they do. great eating. cost approx. 50-70 pfund per person. not huge portions, but we let us feel super and not bloated, it was just right. we met the chef later, beautiful man. you would be crazy not to try this place. you need to book in advance. I'm going back to the finals. were so good and good coffee. 10/10

For a very long time I didn't eat so well. he presents a trip through seafood and meat at the highest level and I was on my way and looking for good food quite a lot. it is worth coming here. for me it was unexpected. I was recommended and tried a lot of the best spots of the island, but this experience was by far the best.

We had a good meal here eating was excellent, bark wange melted in her mouth and the lamb is so juicy and tender many thanks to nan, excellent service. the cook is also beautiful!

Large small restaurant in bophut von fischerdorf. fantastic eating, all prepared personally by francois himself. the standard of food is excellent and not excessive in comparison to other island restaurants.

Chef is now 80 years old. original French food. very tasty. highly recommended.
