Thongyang Sea View Restaurant Bar Lounge

Warning: Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant. We ordered the "vegetable salad" after confirming with the owner the ingredients, and were informed it contained tomatoes and cucumbers, which made us happy. However, after waiting almost 40 minutes, we were served a plate with a large amount of lettuce, only 2 cherry tomatoes, and 3 slices of cucumber. We expressed our disappointment to the owner and requested to only pay for the coffee (as we did not touch the salad) due to the long wait and lack of satisfactory dish or service. The owner responded poorly, accusing us of eating without paying and attempting to argue against us. This experience was extremely embarrassing in terms of both the quality of the food and the behavior of the staff.

My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant last night. The location is stunning, right on the beach. However, I wouldn't return due to the unfriendly staff and the lack of attentiveness. My Panang curry only had a small amount of chicken and coconut milk, with no vegetables in sight. Surprisingly, we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to watch the sunset or have a beer while enjoying the view. I have visited a few times before and if they had live music, it would make this venue even better. The setting is beautiful and the views are stunning. However, they could do more to keep customers engaged. The food was really good, especially the Thai masaman chicken pasta. It's a unique fusion that works well, and it was served with garlic bread and a few beers. Overall, it was a delicious and enjoyable meal.

Very nice location on the beach. Delicious and fresh food. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff.

Don't go here to eat anything. It's bland and terrible. The view is fine. But since this is a restaurant I'm reviewing the food. Just gross.
