One person running Greggs, forecourt and shop on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Absolute disgrace. As the single handed worker tried in vain help with issue with the fuel card, they tried to contact their manager to help but there was no response. After waiting 15 minutes i decided to walk to the moto service area to find a Manager to see if they could complete the transaction and to point out that it did not seem safe to have people working alone. No one seemed bothered about the fact that their colleague was working alone, nor could they complete the transaction.

17-06-2022 Toilets [in the filling station] are out of use as they are being refurbished. [Toilets in the main building are still available] 24-06-2022 Toilets now reopened. It would be too much to describe them as refurbished, but they are at least clean and operational.

Really bad attitude from the guy serving earlier this week. As a lot of forecourts have a Greg 's and you order at the garage till this is what I did. Could I have a large Latte and a bacon baguette please is what I asked.The reply came back What are you asking me for. The coffee machines behind you and Greg 's is there The ladies on the Greg 's counter looked really uneasy by the attitude from their colleague.Sorry my friend but if I hated dealing with people face to face that much I would get a job working on my own.Bad bad bad.
