Authentic Chicago pizza, from a Chicago establishment. Deep fried mushrooms were great, too. Highly recommend double dough style crust. Dining room is small with only a few tables, more than I expected for a carry out/delivery pizza place.

We ordered the regular crust pizza with a few toppings, and it was average at best. The crust, sauce, and toppings were nothing remarkable and had a generic taste. It seems that their deep dish pizza is more popular among customers, so I would recommend sticking to that option.

It is challenging to find authentic Chicago style pizza in Tennessee, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover Pinktis in Knoxville. Being familiar with Lou Malnati's, Gino's, and other Chicago favorites, I was excited to try Pinktis and it did not disappoint. It felt like a piece of home and I can't wait to visit again. Hopefully they open a location in Wilson County so I never have to settle for freeze-dried pizza again. Thank you for the delicious experience!
