Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The restaurant was so welcoming with great service. Our son has a gluten allergy and our waitress went beyond and beyond to explain all his options and took additional precautions. Our son has autism and needed to change tables so that he could move while he ate, and they were so courteous and free judges. Our food was fast, hot, fresh and simply amazing. Our drinking cups never had the opportunity to go empty. I would recommend it very much. Our family will come back soon?

We were the first guests. Our server was fast and friendly. She refilled our glasses without asking. She took care of us! The food was amazing! I highly recommend starting with fried pimples. :Cheers

You currently don't have enough staff to treat many males with only half a section in the evening, we went a 30-minute waiting period with a 90% empty restaurant. They won't do anything to put strange circumstances in this place. The host was not friendly, the manager was not helpful. We like the food, so ordered our food to go instead of eating. The food was left to me that the cake was on my head in the bag. Has left a 3 star rating anyway, because I understand, but then the host also decided to make a sarcastic comment as we have gone. I admit, I wasn't happy, but I've never been nice to not deserve the treatment.

For the first time yesterday my bride and I went to Red Robin for lunch. The food was prepared full of taste and exactly as ordered. Our bartender/server, Alysha, was always available and regularly checked for us without being in pain! She is very delightful and a pleasure to be around. We had the opportunity to meet the manager, Justin. He was very helpful to make food suggestions and share his knowledge about Red Robin and his story. He also checked us before our departure to ensure that our expectations were met or exceeded. So, based on the food and professionalism of these employees, we will definitely be back! Good work, Red Robin!

This was my family's first trip to Red Robin and we enjoyed it! Service was great (though a couple times there were some delays in the kitchen, especially with the fry refill so ask a little early). Kids devoured their food and really enjoyed the fries. My burger was big, tasty, and fresh. Wife got the mozzarella sticks and they were hot out of the Fryer. We will return and would recommend.
