Mcdonald's - Knoxville

The lady doing drive thru wa fast ,friendly,and very good customer service.She told me she come to work at 4 am. The manager on duty very nice and always clean in appearance she came from the Magnolia location.Food: 5/5

Waited in the curbside for 10 minutes then went to the drive through because all the cars in the line had passed and they said they would bring it out to the spot and never brought it. then after another 10 minutes they said it was our job to have came inside to get it?? very rude

Poor service, rude employees, take forever even when there’s hardly anybody there, I didn’t get my sauce with my nuggets and the food was cold

I’m passionate about McDonald’s breakfast in the morning. It’s one of the locations where is is a true 50 50 shot based on the overall rating. Today is a three star because the first part was we waited in line for 5 minutes (probably one vehicle was there when we got there and gave the employees a hard time) and other part is that I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle not a bacon cheese McGriddle in which this case what they gave me. Regardless how either short staffed or busy they are, they need to make sure that the order is correct and need to make sure my stuff that I ordered is in the bag can’t be close or a little off, has to be exact. Though it was good, but things like that can be a waste of money.

The fries were fresh and they didn't mess up my order. Only complaint is the shrinking burgers mixed with higher prices. But that is all McDonald's, not just this one.
